Charisma Smith | President

Charisma Smith, a licensed general contractor, is a leading expert in the construction industry with over 15 years of hands-on experience in every facet of the business ranging from Project Manager, Project Executive, Operations Manager to President of Omni Source Solutions.

Throughout her career, Charisma successfully managed the construction of residential and commercial projects. Her multi-task management approach enables her to oversee a number of projects delivering results her clients seek. She instills a “Client First” philosophy which has resulted in a unique company culture that requires everyone to do whatever it takes to get the job done right. Excellent follow through and successful projects has kept her clients coming back time and time again.

Charisma received a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from The University of North Carolina at Charlotte and holds a Construction Management Diploma from North Carolina State University.

Charisma is deeply committed to her family, her company, her clients and her community.

Janelle Rayford | Executive Vice President

Janelle Rayford is an exceptional visionary who embarked on her first business endeavor 15 years ago with the inception of a real estate company. Inspired by her father who was a successful general contractor, Janelle decided to pursue a career in construction. Janelle is the core of Omni Source Solutions and is responsible for business development, market strategy, and growth of the company.

A key component of Janelle’s success is her unwavering commitment to exceptional customer service. Her attention to details, superior people skills and broad knowledge of the construction industry enables her to ensure that all company resources are deployed in an efficient and professional manner in order to perform work within budget and ahead of schedule.

As graduate of the University of North Carolina at Charlotte with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mathematics, Janelle holds a Construction Management Diploma from North Carolina State University and is a licensed general contractor. Janelle brings the type of sophisticated analysis and intricate problem solving to her client’s goals that yield high quality results.
