Janelle Rayford is a strategic leader and entrepreneur with more than 20 years of experience spanning construction, operations, business development, and real estate. As President of Omni Source Solutions, Janelle plays a critical role in driving the company’s growth, overseeing client relationships, developing market strategy, and ensuring operational excellence across commercial construction and support service projects.
With a strong foundation rooted in both construction and business, Janelle brings a solutions-driven approach to every project. Inspired by her father’s successful career as a general contractor, she developed an early appreciation for the construction industry and has since built a reputation for professionalism, responsiveness, and delivering results. Her expertise includes workforce coordination, site logistics, temporary equipment and site service management, subcontractor relations, and supporting large-scale commercial construction projects with efficiency and precision.
Known for her attention to detail and strong client relationships, Janelle is committed to providing exceptional customer service while ensuring projects remain on schedule and within budget. Her ability to navigate both the operational and relationship side of the business has positioned Omni Source Solutions as a trusted partner among contractors, developers, and project teams throughout the region.
Janelle is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mathematics. She also holds a Construction Management Diploma from North Carolina State University and is a licensed general contractor. Her analytical mindset, combined with hands-on industry knowledge, allows her to solve complex challenges and develop practical solutions that support project success.
In addition to her work in construction, Janelle is passionate about leadership, mentorship, and community impact. From building businesses to serving on nonprofit boards, supporting professional development, and creating opportunities for others, she leads with integrity, purpose, and a deep commitment to giving back.
